Students of ΕΝ ΧΟΡΔΑΙΣ & ΟΡΓΑΝΟΙΣ {Η Μεγάλη του Μάρκου Σχολή} travelled from Syros island to Athens in order to participate at the concert “The Axion Esti”, by Mikis Theodorakis / Odysseus Elytis that took place on the 23rd of November, and lived a unique experience!
“The Axion Esti”, composed by Mikis Theodorakis and written by the poet Odysseus Elytis was presented at Megaron Athens Concert Hall from the musicians of Camerata – The Friends of Music Orchestra and the conductor George Petrou with the participation of Alkinoos Ioannidis, Tassis Christoyannis and Dimitris Lignadis, the N.T.U.A. choir directed by Michalis Economou and Athanasia Kiriakidou, the choral “Melodoi” directed by George Ziakas and the Folk Orchestra of ΕΝ ΧΟΡΔΑΙΣ & ΟΡΓΑΝΟΙΣ {Η Μεγάλη του Μάρκου Σχολή} directed by Aristos Vamvakousis.
